What follows is the completed MVHS Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS), which was delivered to the Utica Planning Board on October 25, 2018. At a regular Planning Board meeting on November 15, 2018, the Planning Board Voted To Accepted It.

The following day the DEIS was made public, a 3,527 page PDF. Here's a link to the City of Utica's original file; DEIS 111518 Combined (178.9MB PDF). Physical copies can be viewed at City Hall and at the Utica Public Library.
