The proposed Hospital Concept represents poor urban design. First off, the long and large box structure violates short block requirements for walkability [Ref.].
Next the hospital is not human scale and furthermore surrounded by surface parking. They've offered a suburban design, and it is well known that surface parking is not a design element. [Ref.]

November 20, 2017 - It's bad, just listen to people, "...that abundance of surface parking will preclude development in this neighborhood for decades. It's antithetical to promoting walkability."
