This proposed benchmark is NOT in the downtown, Central Business District, it is Southeast of downtown NOLA...

Utica is not the only city where political and other forces first destroyed a neighborhood and then built a new one. Learn about Big Charity (Trailer), where perfectly good, but older, hospital was "left for dead", along with a complete neighborhood. Don't destroy Utica's Downtown Utica's Columbia Lafayette Neighborhood, there's 64 acres at St. Luke's on a green hilltop!
