Utica Temple Builders Take Another Term
The hospital concept has really taken much longer than expected. So the mayor, and his merry band of urban non-planners (read "Clueless Urban Destruction Experts"), need more time. Another term to delivery a political campaign platform titled, "A Downtown Hospital".
