They have said the downtown site is best for patient access, it is on the bus line, near the new bus hub, and people could walk to the hospital, not the least the site is neighboring the newly improved Route 5/8/12 and Oriskany Boulevard. Others say St. Luke's has bad access. Let's investigate the "access" issue...
