Members of the New York State Public Health & Health Planning Council

Here is New York State's PHHPC Council Membership, note there are two vacant seats. This is the group entrusted with reviewing MVHS's (C.O.N.) request for a new hospital. We have detailed the people and their contact information below.

The council is responsible for looking at the planning, financing, and level of community support, for the proposed hospital. We are working to show them the poor thinking behind moving our region's hospital, 1.7 miles, off its green hilltop and the 64-acres the hospital owns. Especially since the first step would require bulldozing 1/3 of Downtown Utica's small Central Business District.
