MVHS Terms:
(1) Purchase Price: $100,000 (which is 10-150% below your expected selling price).
(2) You only have 15 business days to sign, accept, this offer.
(3) 5% ($5,000) downpayment with signing for a 12-month option.
(4) Another $5,000 (5%) after 11 months (for another 12-month option, should MVHS require more time).
(5) If we don't buy property within 24 months, you may keep the $10,000.
