November 1, 2017 - Utica voters were contacted by phone, numbers came from public records at the Oneida County Board of Elections. The following survey netted 630 responses, and yielded these results- note number of votes shown in brackets...
Downtown Site: 23% (141)
Undecided: 25% (162)
St. Luke’s Campus: 51% (327)
