Oncology - 6th Floor (x6466)
Walk through the lobby to the right side of
Jazzman’s Café and take the elevators directly in
front of you to the 6th floor. The nurses station is
located to your right. Check in there.
Ambulatory Surgery Unit (ASU) - 2nd Floor (x6121)
Walk through the lobby to the right side of
Jazzman’s Café and take the elevators directly in
front of you to the 2nd floor. ASU is located to
your right. Check in at the glass walled nurses
station on the left.
Cardiac Testing/EKG - 2nd Floor (x6204)
Walk through the lobby to the right side of
Jazzman’s Café and take the elevators directly in
front of you to the 2nd floor. Take a right and then
an immediate right down the first hall. Cardiac
Testing/EKG is located at the end of the hallway,
last door on the left. Please check in there.
CMI - 1st Floor (x6948)
Walk through the lobby to the right side of
Jazzman’s Café. When exiting the lobby, make a
right and then a quick left. Follow the hallway and
take your second right. Follow the hallway to the
Emergency Department waiting room on the left.
CMI is located in that area.
Emergency Department - 1st Floor (x6112)
Walk through the lobby to the right side of
Jazzman’s Café. When exiting the lobby, make a
right and then a quick left. Follow the hallway and
take your second right. The Emergency Department waiting room will be on the left.
Endoscopy/GI - 2nd Floor (x6076)
Walk through the lobby to the left side of
Jazzman’s Café and at the juncture, take a left.
Take the elevators on your right to the 2nd floor.
Endoscopy is located slightly to the right upon
exiting the elevators.
ICU - 2nd Floor (x6473)
Walk through the lobby towards the right side of
Jazzman’s café and take the elevators up to the 2nd
floor. Take a right and then another right down the
first hall. ICU is located at the end of that hallway
on the right. Please pick up the handset right in
front of you and someone will be right with you.
Maternity/Labor and Delivery - 3rd Floor (x6131)
Walk through the lobby to the right side of Jazzman’s Café and take the elevators directly in front of you to the 3rd floor. Take a right off the
elevator. To enter the unit, use the phone on the wall to the right of the double glass doors. Someone will let you on to the unit.
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) - 1st Floor (x6113)
Walk through the lobby to the left side of Jazzman’s
Café and continue down the hall toward the Allen Calder Wing. Just past the orange sign for the Cafeteria, take a left into the PCU hallway. Pick up
the handset just outside the doors on the wall and someone will let you on the unit.
Pediatrics - 2nd Floor (x6122)
Walk through the lobby to the right side of Jazzman’s Café and take the elevators directly in front of you to the 2nd floor. Take a left off
the elevator. Pick up the handset just outside the doors on the wall and someone will let you on the unit.
Psychiatric Unit - Ground Floor (x6332)
Walk through the lobby to the left side of Jazzman’s and at the juncture, take a left. Take the elevators on your right to the ground floor (basement). Step
off of the elevator to your right. To enter the unit, pick up the phone on the wall to the right of the door. Someone will be with your momentarily.
X-Ray - 1st Floor (x6036)
Walk through the lobby to the right side of Jazzman’s Café. When exiting the lobby, make a right into the X-Ray waiting room. Check in at the window.
Allen Calder Wing (AC)
AC 1W - 1st Floor (x6011)
AC 1E - 1st Floor (x6033)
Walk through the lobby to the left side of Jazzman’s Café and continue down the hall into the Allen Calder Wing. When the Surgery waiting room is on
your right (glassed room visible from lobby), bear to your right and follow the signs for the visitor elevator. Across from the elevators, the nurses station will be on your right. Check in there.
AC 2 & Special Care Unit - 2nd Floor (x6141)
Walk through the lobby to the left side of Jazzman’s
Café and continue down the hall into the Allen
Calder Wing. When the Surgery waiting room is on
your right (glassed room visible from lobby), bear
to your right and follow the signs for the visitor elevator. Take the elevator to the second floor. Once off the elevators, the nurses station will be in front of you. Check in there.
AC 3W - 3rd Floor (x6161)
AC 3E - 3rd Floor (x6151)
Walk through the lobby to the left side of Jazzman’s
Café and continue down the hall into the Allen
Calder Wing. When the Surgery waiting room is on
your right (glassed room visible from lobby), bear
to your right and follow the signs for the visitor
elevator. Take the elevator to the third floor. Once
off the elevators, the nurses station will be to your
right. Check in there.
Inpatient Dialysis - 2nd Floor (x6228)
NOT AN OUTPATIENT AREA: Check in at Admitting first. Walk through the lobby to the left side of Jazzman’s Café and continue down the hall into the
Allen Calder Wing. When the Surgery waiting room is on your right (glassed room visible from lobby), bear to your right and follow the signs for the visitor elevator. Take the elevator to the second floor.
Once off the elevators, take a left. All the way at the end of the hall is Dialysis. Check in there. Pre Admission Testing - Ground Floor (x6130)
Walk through the lobby to the left side of Jazzman’s Café and continue down the hall into the Allen Calder Wing. When the Surgery waiting room is on
your right (glassed room visible from lobby), bear to your right and follow the signs for the visitor elevator. Take the elevator down to the ground
floor (basement). Take a right off the elevator and then an immediate left. At the end of this hall on the right is a set of glassed windows. Please check
in at the window.
