"The St. Luke’s Campus will be used should the downtown site not prove financially feasible."
That a huge lie, because they have no intention of providing honest figures and a comprehensive budget for their downtown concept. The public has Never Seen A Comprehensive List of all the costs. Those behind this new hospital have no desire to be financially accountable to anyone.
