Possible situation whereby NYS taxpayers have been making payments to a Utica hospital's retirement account holders, please see the following page…
Unfunded St. Elizabeth Retirement Plan... the "New Hospital" Smoking Gun?
How would money be transferred from a state budget to a bank account now making these payments? How can we find the paper trail? Or can your office, or another party help confirm this story is inaccurate?
