Utica DRI: Downtown Revitalization Initiative
Cuomo has pushed Downtown Development, the DRI effort became a part of Albany's CFA Process in 2015. Round three was announced in 2018, read more at, DRI Boosts Local Economies and Improves Quality of Life in Downtown Areas.

Read, Utica not chosen for downtown revitalization award. Perhaps Cuomo understands an inner-city hospital, one that would destroy 1/4 of a city's Central Business District, is just a bad concept?
