Utica residents never saw healthcare-based Studies stating we required an entirely new hospital building, nor detailed reviews of our current Hospital facilities. None of our community assesments spoke about the need for a new hospital, or of hospital buildings with code violations. Nope, Utica-area residents only learned, "Albany has funds, politician were telling MVHS a new Oneida County hospital was under consideration. It has all been Hospital Politics since.
A new hospital was never been about healthcare, just political strategies.
